Fees
We charge flat marketing fees for delivered leads. Fees are not contingent on case acceptance, client signing, or recovery. Specific rates, exclusivity tiers, volumes, and commitments are governed by your signed agreement.
Lead Replacement
Leads that meet the criteria described on our Lead Quality & Replacement page will be credited or replaced at no cost when a request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
Firms are solely responsible for their own compliance with applicable advertising, solicitation, and professional-conduct rules, and for independently evaluating whether to pursue any lead delivered.
Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantee of case signings, revenue, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the leads at issue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
