A lead only has value if it's real, reachable, and in your wheelhouse. If it isn't, you shouldn't pay for it.
We replace, at no cost, any lead that is:
- Outside your contracted practice area(s)
- Outside your service region
- Unreachable due to invalid or disconnected contact information
- A duplicate of a lead already delivered
Submit a replacement request within 3 days of delivery, and we'll credit or replace it — no lengthy disputes.
